Parent/Guardian Acknowledgment, Liability Waiver & Release

I understand that a parent or legal guardian must remain on-site and is responsible for supervising their child(ren) at all times. I agree that my family will follow all Vineyard Community Church event expectations and all Baxter YMCA policies, rules, and safety guidelines while participating in this event and while on YMCA property. I understand that camping and outdoor activities involve inherent risks and by registering my family, I voluntarily assume those risks and release and hold harmless Vineyard Community Church, Baxter YMCA, their employees, volunteers, and representatives from claims arising out of participation in this event, except where prohibited by law or caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct. I also grant permission for Vineyard Community Church to photograph and/or record video of my family during the event for ministry, promotional, and communication purposes without compensation.
